Personal Re-birthing process
(Healing with Breath-work)

Our breath is the core of our being, from the moment we are born to the moment we die, always there.
It is the gate and from which the soul enters the body.

In these times, many of us (most?) are out of touch with our breath, and live mostly in the thinking mind.
Conscious & guided breath-work offers us healing and a chance to establish a relationship with an elemental part of our being.

This is an invitation to a personal process of 3 sessions, a brief yet deep & meaningful process.
Each meeting lasts around 3 hours.
We begin with your arrival & a therapeutic talk.
We continue with energy work to prepare for the full cyclical breathing session – healing, releasing and emoting traumas and hidden blockages in the system & sometimes ecstasy comes too.
This is followed by sound healing, and after the energy has settled, some integration talk if desired.

Param is available for support between sessions, as things have a tendency to arise within the process & it is a good blessing to have support to learn how to emotionally contain, process & integrate yourself.

knowing how to work with our breath is life changing, and this knowledge stays with you for your hole life, giving you a strong anchor inside yourself that always remains.

Ceremonies are held in daytime and nighttime, from Monday-Friday.

There is a health questionnaire and then we have a video call.
You will have an opportunity to ask all questions and receive guidance and preparation for the journey and we will be available for support and questions from the moment you register.

Ceremonies & sleeping accommodations are in the tipi, and meals are taken in the family home.
You receive in depth integration before your departure and more integrative support is available after if needed and desired.
This healing space is suitable for beginners and advanced with plant and animal medicine.
