CHILDREN OF THE SUN – Inner Child Healing Retreat

We all carry an inner child within us — an essential aspect of our emotional, creative, and relational life.
In most people, this part has been shaped, suppressed, or disconnected through early experiences, family dynamics, and cultural conditioning.
Over time, this disconnection can manifest as emotional numbness, inner conflict, repetitive relational patterns, or a subtle sense of inner fragmentation. This retreat is an invitation to gently and directly reconnect with this part of yourself.
It is a process of remembering, reintegration, and the re-establishment of an inner relationship based on care, presence, and wholeness. The work is experiential and deeply personal.

Through guided private sessions and ceremonies, breathwork, sound, and other shamanic practices, and supported by natural plant medicines, we explore your emotional landscape and inner world and the dialogue between the different aspects of you.

A central thread of the process is the gradual re-establishment of an inner relationship between the “inner parent” and the “inner child” — developing the capacity to hold, listen to, and care for yourself with greater depth, safety, and trust.

The retreat includes three ceremonies, integration sessions, and continuous guidance throughout the process. Where appropriate, traditional plant medicines may be offered. Preparation begins prior to arrival through a screening process and personal conversation, ensuring alignment, readiness, and clarity of intention. Integration continues during and after the retreat, supporting the embodiment and grounding of the process in everyday life. This is a private offering for those who feel a clear and sincere call to meet themselves more fully, to reclaim what has been lost or forgotten, and to restore an inner sense of coherence, connection, and wholeness.

The retreat is 2 nights & 3 days into the sacred space of our hearts, closely supported by an experienced shaman-therapist, in an intimate and supportive environment.
In south Portugal, in a quiet and private space surrounded by nature, ceremonies & accommodation are in the tent or by the lake.

The intention for this retreat is for you, who seek to claim back what is yours. you who are ready, to stand as a brave warrior, determined to find and heal this beautiful child within your heart.

the registration process includes a health questionnaire and then we have a video call.
You will have an opportunity to ask all questions and receive guidance and preparation for the journey and I will be available for support and questions from the moment you register.

This healing space is suitable for beginners and advanced with plant and animal medicine.
